Our Story

Endeavor was founded in 2002 by professional snowboarder Max Jenke. It was born out of a desire to do things differently. To create products like no others. Focussing on the rider, on design and the emotions that snowboarding evokes. As the brand turns 20, we reflect on our journey and the legacy we pass on to the next generation of Endeavor riders.

Our Collaborations

Collaboration is in our DNA, working with artists to create snowboard graphics since day one. Approaching our 20th year, we continue to build on the foundations of our ethos, uniting with creators in their own spheres to craft products that reflect our passions for architecture, design and art.

Sustainability

Endeavor’s sustainability strategy is focussed on a wholistic approach, not only protecting our natural environment, but also human and ecological health. In order to qualify for this commitment, our goal is to become a certified B Corporation. The combination of third-party validation, public transparency, and legal accountability help Certified B Corps build trust and value. B Corp Certification is administered by the non-profit B Lab.

Community

We would like to acknowledge that Endeavor Design Inc. operates on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Tsleil-Waututh (səl̓ilwətaɁɬ), Skwxwú7mesh, and Musqueam (xʷməθkʷəy̓əm) people, commonly known as Vancouver, British Columbia.

Our mantra is to “Always Endeavor” and our community involvement is based on the idea of bringing positive, measurable change to the communities in which we operate in. For us, this is the combination of geography and boardsports.

By providing Indigenous youth with unstructured and semi-structured sports alike, the Indigenous Life Sport Academy (ILSA) creates social change and development within Indigenous communities. ILSA provides Indigenous youth with opportunities to play, express themselves, improve both their mental and physical health, as well as learn skills such as snowboarding, skateboarding, biking, climbing, hiking, and golf that can benefit them long into their adult years.

Zero Ceiling is based in Whistler, B.C. and is committed to ending youth homelessness in BC. For over twenty years, they have been helping young people facing homelessness have a healthy transition to adulthood, providing stability, support, and opportunities so that young people can focus on personal growth.
