Patrol Split 159

1st, great looking board and feels well made. Chanel makes set up very easy. Very fun powder board; very nimble, slashy and good float. Definitely pleased.

Most amazing snowboard I’ve ever set foot on but customer service seriously lacking

I pre ordered the 2021 patrol split a few days before the initial December 15 approximate shipping date, planning to use it during my winter break. Just a day or two after I ordered the board, the shipping date was changed to “January”, no reason or more specific date was given. I was a bit frustrated because this meant I likely wouldn’t get the chance to use my board before classes started up again, but figured that it was my own fault for ordering something with an approximate shipping date, and that they would probably get the board to me right at the start of January. I was wrong, it took almost a month from the initial date of December 15th for my board to arrive. On top of that, when it did come, it came without the small plastic piece that fits between the pucks for binding spacing. Again, not a huge deal, I can definitely get the spacing right by sliding the pucks to the far ends of the binding when the binding is in place, however as I paid 1000 dollars for the board, I felt that I was entitled to a complete product, so I went to the endeavor website to track down some contact information, and was unable to do so. Although the customer support section says to email them, there was no email or phone number available. I used the pop up chat box, but as I didn’t want to sign in with Facebook, and used the guest function, my messages either didn’t get through, or weren’t answered. I have owned and loved endeavor boards for almost as long as I’ve snowboarded, and even though this newest addition to my collection didn’t disappoint on the mountain, it left a lot to be desired from endeavor’s customer outreach people.

Tl;dr: You won’t be disappointed with the board itself, but if you’re expecting to buy from a company that goes the extra mile for its customers, adjust your expectations.
