I was going to wait until next season to purchase a new board from Endeavor but I saw this baby go on sale and I absolutely couldn't resist. I am still very much a beginner at boarding when it comes to experience, but I can say after a few successful runs, it was well worth the purchase. I definitely feel more confident being on something as beautiful as the B.O.D. and in turn it’s really helped me progress my skills very quickly. I don’t have much to compare this to, but having this makes me feel like I don’t even wanna know what other boards are like - I’m totally hooked on the designs on this board and how it rides.
I was recommended to get the 154cm, which I was a little skeptical about because I thought it would be a little small for me, but actually I think its perfect for the way I’m riding right now. I definitely feel nimble and accurate so it's great for my level of control so far. Needless to say, I am very impressed and can’t wait to develop my skills further on this board :)
Love the BOD - it’s fast, carves great and has lots of pop when you take it off jumps. Very solid all mountain board. Very happy the BOD has more flex and sharper edges than my older Endeavor Diamond. I went with the 156 and find its great for my size and riding ability.
Perfect snowboard, this is very easy to ride, and if one day I would like to buy another one, you will be between my options. The only downside is the web pages; another brand has a comprehensive better site to choose your snowboard.
Admittedly, I’m no pro. I’m a middle aged, mildly overweight, aggressive free rider. I do a few jumps nothing fancy.
Here’s the deal- i was liking to get into a newer camber type board and after bunches of days of research, here’s where I ended up.
I’ve only had a couple days on it, but coming from an older Custom, this thing did everything I could have asked and more. I’m not sure that different is the word that I’d use... better is probably the one. I’m an old school camber guy and it just ripped. Definitely a bit more forgiving in places but I’m old school and try to keep an edge but few times on flat it certainly seemed a bit less catchy.
I had the chance to rip some turns at speed on some of New England’s “finest” and I’ve never felt a board pull like this. Anecdotal/ antiquated operator on my part but this thing put a smile on my face.
I did not see powder but I can only imagine this runs like non powder twin should and would.
This board is flexible, maneuverable, and easy to control both on snow and in the air. I'm not going to bring this board into the white room, but that's not what it's made for. If you want a plank that will be balanced all over the mountain, there is little to no compromise here. 157W at 6'2" and 240lbs, this thing goes. Can really power through turns and cut through crud at speed better than you would expect a true twin could. As a non-directional board, this thing takes the cake for versatility and ease of use.
