These 3 boards are all based off existing boards in our range. The Kurt utilizes the incredibly popular Guerrilla shape but upgrades the board to E-Tech II. This adds a carbon beam from tip to tail to increase pop and snap. This gives the board the same high energy feeling that Kurt's music was famous for. The Run DMC and the Ozzy both take on the Live shape and also have E-Tech II constructions. All 3 boards are perfect for riding all over the mountain and look incredible as art pieces hung on the wall. The whole office here has got their own favourite so what's yours?

Kurt Cobain formed Nirvana in 1987 alongside frontman Krist Novoselic and is widely agreed to have launched the Grunge genre into the mainstream. He' was the band's songwriter, vocalist and guitarist. Following the release of 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' from the 'Nevermind' album in 1991, Nirvana became overnight rockstars. 'Nevermind' brought alt rock and grunge to the masses. It is representative of a generation and its culture. Through this record, Cobain became the spokesman of Generation X. He captured feelings and emotions through his lyrics and presented them through his poetically ferocious rasp. Kurt Cobain died at the age of 27 form a self inflicted gunshot wound. His death still haunts music fans over 20 years later who continue to pay tribute to his life and his music.
The image that we have chosen for this collaboration is from Jesse Frohman. The image is a part of a collection taken by Frohman over one day in November 1993 in New York, months before the singers death. While Nirvana were in the city to perform at the legendary Roseland Ballroom, Frohman was hired to do the shoot to promote the release of their third studio album - 'In Utero'. This would prove to be the last official photoshoot before Kurt's death. To Mark the 20th anniversary Frohman is publishing his collection of images in a book called 'Kurt Cobain: The Last Session'. This lined up perfectly with the release of The Channel by Burton on our snowboards and fits the Endeavor brand perfectly. This led to the creation of this unique board.

They were the first hip-hop group to have a gold album for 'Run DMC' in 1984 and were nominated for a Grammy Award. Ozzy Osbourne is an English vocalist and songwriter who rose to prominence in the early 1970's as the lead vocalist of the rock band Black Sabbath, whose sound was influential to the development of heavy metal. Osbourne was fired from Black Sabbath in 1979 but has since had a successful solo career releasing 11 studio albums. The first seven of which were all awarded multi-platinum certifications in the U.S. He has reunited with Black Sabbath on several occasions such as recording the album '13' in 2013.
Osbourne’s longevity and success have earned him the informal title of “Godfather of Heavy Metal”. The artwork we have chosen for this collaboration is from 'Tribute', the live album featuring Ozzy’s work with hard rock guitarist Randy Rhoads, in whose honour the album was released in 1987, 5 years after his passing. The photo was taken in Chicago in 1982 by Paul Natkin.
